Welcome to "A Seeker's Inner Journey" a Jungian (i.e., Carl Jung) psychology-based Coaching method anchored in Compassionate Mindfulness practice. By journeying into yourself, you will learn to reclaim the treasures within, all those strengths and qualities that will lead to a better understanding of yourself and allow you to live a life of purpose. It is through establishing a true connection with yourself that you will be able to create meaningful and healing connections to those around you.
There are stages in our lives where, "to a certain degree", we might feel constricted, lost and overwhelmed by our stream of thoughts and external circumstances. We might feel as if we don't have a voice and we are destined to roam around the same old patterns, life choices and relationships. While these might not be the most desirable human feelings and experiences, these very obstacles might become the entry point toward your awakening.
If seeking positive change in your life, if your wish to proactively cocreate a healthier and more fulfilling way to live, it will be my privilege to walk on this journey with you. Throughout this process you will be provided with the tools that will help you not only see through those limiting, fear-based beliefs, but also propel you to move toward the full expression of who you are on all levels, called the process of individuation.
