Lori P-Kajana
- Hello and welcome to my webpage! My name is Lori P-Kajana. I am a dedicated certified Jungian Life Coach, a practitioner of Mindfulness and, above all, a passionate and eager student of life. It was through the process of working with my unconscious mind while constantly and honestly investigating my belief systems, that I learned to genuinely show up for life and give myself permission to explore and express myself creatively, free of the notion of perfectionism while embracing, manifesting and sharing my gifts and talents. Acting on my passions, falling in love with the process and letting go of the need to control the outcome is one of the biggest insights that I love sharing with my clients. I deeply appreciate the guidance and support of my teachers, my family, friends, community and everything that enables me to be who I am today. Practicing Mindfulness and Gratitude to me, is a way of life. It is through these practices that I have learned to get in touch and nourish the joy within and recognizing the sacredness of what is already present. Jungian Life Coaching gives me the tools and opportunity to guide my clients in a much deeper, transformative way. As your coach I am here, holding that sacred space for you, while facilitating and honoring the unique process of your inner journey.
