My name is Lori P-Kajana. My path into this work began with a deep curiosity about the inner world. Since childhood, dreams have been a vivid and meaningful part of my life. Their symbolic language sparked a fascination with the psyche, eventually leading me to Carl Jung and depth psychology.
For many years, I have been deeply influenced by mindfulness and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. What began as a search for community became a way of living that shapes how I relate to myself, others and everyday life. Mindfulness and gratitude form the foundation of my daily practice.
Originally from Albania, I studied Fine Arts in Tirana before moving to Greensboro, North Carolina nearly two decades ago. My background as an artist still guides how I work with imagination, symbolism, creativity, and the unique ways meaning emerges in our lives.
Nature is another vital teacher on my path. Through walking meditation and time spent outdoors, I have developed a deep appreciation for the intelligence, beauty, and the wisdom of natural world. Its rhythms anchor both my personal life and my practice.
Today, I offer a welcoming space for self-discovery, and inner exploration, weaving together the practices that have shaped my journey. My hope is to support you in developing a deeper relationship with yourself and the inner wisdom that always accompanies us.

Beyond formal training, my work is rooted in lived experience, lifelong curiosity, and a deep commitment to walking the path I share with others.
